Mahendragarh: A man from Mahendragarh’s Narnaul allegedly murdered his wife and three children on Tuesday night. The man, who is on the run, worked as a mason in the area. The incident came to light when one of the neighbours noticed that there was no activity in their temporary shelter.
The accused was identified as Tulsidas. Tulsidas is a native of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh. Allegedly, Tulsidar used an axe to hack his family to death.
The deceased were identified as Aarti. The accused also killed his three children- 7-year-old and 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. The accused allegedly fled from the spot after murdering his family.
Bodies sent for autopsy
Manoj Kumar, Narnaul city station house officer (SHO) told the Hindustan Times that a neighbour who noticed that there was no activity in the deceased’s hut informed the police. The neighbours broke opened the main gate and the four members of the family were found dead.
On being apprised of the incident, the police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the case. The police also sent the bodies of the deceased to the civil hospital for autopsy.
The SHO added, “Kin of the woman have been informed about the incident. They will reach Narnaul tomorrow to collect the bodies.” Reportedly, the police have recovered the axe used by the accused. No arrest has been made yet.
Man objects to misbehaviour with wife; stabbed to death by neighbour
In August this year, a woman and her daughter allegedly murdered her husband at their residence in Nala Sopara. The accused had an argument with her husband over a cheque of Rs 4 lakh that he had not encashed. During the argument, the woman and her daughter banged the man against a windowpane and stabbed him with a broken glass.
